If your order is canceled before we ship it, we will issue a refund immediately to the same payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by card, it may take 3–5 business days for the hold to be released or for the refund to be processed.

If you’ve sent a package back to us, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the package. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
