Canceling a Purchase (within 14 days)

Under the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. When you cancel your purchase, you must notify us that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You will then be instructed on how to complete a return.

Returns (up to 60 days)

Mockberg offers a 60-day return policy. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, but less than 60 days, please submit a standard return request via our return form instead.

Have you received the item?

Whether you’re exercising your right to cancel or using our return policy, the item must be returned to us in order for a refund to be processed.
