You have the right to cancel all or part of your order. Please indicate this on the form or when registering your return.

When you cancel a purchase that has not yet been shipped, we will refund the full amount paid, including any shipping costs. Any discount codes used will not be reactivated once they have been applied. 

The return costs 5,90 EUR for Europe and 9,99 EUR outside Europe

If you return your entire order within the 14-day cancellation period, we will refund the product’s value as well as any shipping costs. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you return part of your order within the 14-day return window, we will refund the value of the product but not the shipping cost. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost.
