Once you’ve submitted your request, you’ll receive a confirmation that we’ve received it. Depending on where your order is in the process, the procedure will vary.

1. Do you want to cancel your purchase immediately after making it?

- We’ll check the status of your order and see if it’s possible to stop it right away. If this is possible, we’ll notify you with confirmation that the order has been canceled and a refund has been initiated. 

If your order has already been packed and shipped, or cannot be stopped at the warehouse, we’ll direct you to our return process by having you pick up your package and register a return through our website. 

2. Are you changing your mind about your purchase 14 days after receiving your order?

- We offer a 60-day return policy, so you’re more than welcome to return your item(s) through our website. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition, as outlined in our return policy.
