How does the right of withdrawal differ from a return?

Uppdaterad

The right of withdrawal is a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. A return is the actual process of sending a product back. You can therefore first notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and then complete the return according to our instructions. Our “open purchase” policy or other return policies may differ from the statutory right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days after you receive your order. Within this time, you must notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You will then be directed to our return process. We offer a 60-day return policy after you receive your order.
