The return costs 14 EUR for Europe and 16 EUR outside Europe

At Mockberg, you always have a 60-day right of withdrawal from the day your package was delivered to your agent or to your home.

The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

All barcode labels must remain on the products and bags, our warehouse scans everything using PDAs and therefore cannot accept products without a barcode.

All protective plastic must remain and the product must be returned in it´s box and with the associated silk bag.

All jewelery must be returned in it´s original packaging. (In it´s zip bag with barcode, silk bag and box.)

If there are signs that the product has been used, we will not accept the return.

If the return is not accepted, we will ship it back to you, you will not be charged for that shipping.

It is up to the customer to ensure that the item is faultless, correct and verified to undergo a return.

For packages that have not been picked up at the delivery point on time, Mockberg reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of 150 SEK, to cover return shipping and administrative costs

Once we have received your return package, we will process your return within 14 days. During high season it may take longer.

As soon as the return is approved and the refund has been made, you will receive an email from us with confirmation that your return has been approved.
