Usually it is not possible to change or cancel an order that you have already confirmed.

This is because orders are automatically sent to our warehouse for processing.
Since our warehouse works on weekends and evenings, the process is usually very fast.

If you want to cancel your order and contact our customer service immediately with your order number, there is a chance that your order can be canceled or changed before it is shipped.

It is not something we guarantee, but if the warehouse receives the information in time and they have not started your order, we can cancel it without the package being sent.
