Returns are normally processed within up to 18 days.

Please note that returns from certain countries may take a little longer to process due to customs handling. For example, returns from Norway can take up to 20 days before they are fully processed.

Once your return has been handled by our warehouse, the refund will be issued to your original payment method or your invoice will be credited.

During peak seasons such as Christmas or Black Friday, processing times may be slightly longer.
