You cannot change or cancel an order that has been started or shipped from our warehouse.

When your package has arrived at the service location, you need to pick it up and create a return.

If the package has not been picked up in time at the delivery point or if you were not at home at the time of delivery, Mockberg reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of 15 EUR/15USD, to cover return shipping and administrative costs.
