It is usually not possible to change or cancel an order that you have already confirmed.

This is because orders are automatically sent to our warehouse for processing.
Since our warehouse works both on weekends and evenings, handling is usually very fast.

If you cancel your order and contact our customer service immediately with your order number, there is a chance that your order can be canceled or changed before it is shipped.
