You unfortunately cannot change or cancel an order that has been started or shipped from our warehouse.

When your package has arrived to your local post office, you need to pick it up and create a return.

For packages that have not been picked up at the delivery point on time, Mockberg reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of 20 EUR, to cover return shipping and administrative costs.
