My package was damaged when I got it, what do I do?
Important Information About Delivery Damage
At the Collection Point:
Inspect your package carefully when picking it up from the collection point or locker. If you notice any damage, report it immediately to the collection staff and take photos of both the damage to the outer packaging and the product at the time of pickup.
For us to handle your case, both photos and a report filed at the collection point are required, and this must be done immediately. Without these, we will unfortunately not be able to assist further.
Package Lockers:
If retrieving your package from a locker, take photos in front of the locker at the time of collection.
Home Delivery:
If you notice the package is damaged upon delivery, report this directly to the delivery person before accepting the package. Ensure you take photos of both the damage to the outer packaging and the product at the time of delivery. For us to assist with your case, both photos and a report filed by the delivery person are required at the time of delivery.
