How do I file a complaint about a product?
If you have purchased your jewelry from a retailer, you need to go directly to that retailer for any issues. If you have purchased your jewelry from us, you can file a claim through our website. See below for information on how to do so.

Our Reference* Use the order number starting with "IN" followed by four digits, which you received in your order confirmation (see picture below).
Email* Use the email address you used when placing your order.
You will also find the 4-digit order number on your packing slip, under 'Your order number'.
Example: The reference number can be found in the subject of your confirmation email.
