In the event of a return of products that include a goodie bag or gift, all items included in the goodie bag or gift must be returned. If any gifts or products from the goodie bag are kept, you as the customer may be charged for these.

We recommend that, before you are sure about keeping the products you have purchased, you do not use the gifts or items in the goodie bag. This way, you can return them along with the product if you decide to make a return.

This applies to both gifts/goodie bags from the store and online.
