Step 1: Use a screwdriver or an equivalent tool to release the lock.
Step 2: Slide the lock to adjust the length.
Step 3: Push the latch back to secure it.

How do I shorten a leather strap watch?

However, we cannot shorten watches with leather straps by cutting or trimming them. While it is possible to cut a leather strap, we do not recommend this as it can damage the leather and affect both the appearance and durability of the strap.
